FTP transfer?

Does anyone know how to log in to ftp so i can upload files quickly in cpanel? I cant seem to get it to work I know, im a n00b!

You can't. You will need a stand alone FTP client (like SmartFTP on Windows). The FTP Manage is where you create/delete/edit users and permissions, but it's not FTP access (since cPanel runs on the HTTP protocol)

Once you download and install the FTP client, just input the proper information in. You should have gotten the FTP information when you got your server. It will have the Host address, and your username and password (most of the times it's the same as your CPanel login). The port should be the default.
