Aero Vista Photoshop

Hello, I'm trying to make vista window in photoshop. I'm not very good but I have made this:

But i think it's to glassy if you compare with real vista. So can you give me some tips how to make the pic mite vista/aero like? Any help would appreciated.

aero has a sheen that goes diagonally from left to right and it blurs behind the glass quite a lot. in my opinion its too transparent at this moment.

also i don't see where vista uses that grey in the centre...it uses a blue thin line and then a white area doesnt it?
