haven how did you get those reflections?
I dont like Programs like Avedesk ,yz shadow, docks ecc ecc. They Slow down My Laptop.
I prefer my simply icons on my desktop.
so..
this is what i have done.
Positioning my Icons on the desktop.
Taken a screenshot.
Edited the screenshot by doing the reflection under the icon and shadow under the mainbar.
Used the screenshot as wallpaper.
in other words i have done the reflection & shadow on my wallpaper.
So. if i add another Icon on my desktop i have to retake a screenshot and do the reflaction under the new icon.
This suck but i change my desktop not so fast.

November desktop is here, btw, why am i getting these? the start bar goes BLACK OUT everytime when i startup my windows, i gotta resize the bar to make it looks gd again . how can i solve this?
