No it doesn't :/. They made Search free and available to everyone several months ago.
I agree with you though, the only way someone would find that particular wall on DA (if it's not part of a collective pack), is if the title or the description had the word "tree" or "mint" or "brown" or something, and that is often not the case. Most deviations are titled with something that is meaningful to the author, not a description of what it is, and rarely tell you anything about it except the various resolutions in a wallpaper pack or "enjoy."
All that being said, I have seen that wall before, but I'm sorry I don't remember where I saw it :/. I'll keep a lookout for you.
