Taskbar In Mac OS X Showing folder Name, and actions, etc.

Sorry if this has been posted allready....

Anyone know where i can get a taskbar with the thing that it shows the folder name your in, and actions, like view, etc.

Oh, and i want it to be Mac OS X 10.4 or whatever, with the round finder at the end, and such.

I use the mac os x on intel theme but i want that to be in it too

please help.

Either ObjectBar of FinderBar (or something like that)
