Aqua-Soft Forumshey everybody! i was just wondering if there were any free programs that could change the windows scroll bars and progress animations. I know that windowblinds does both. But im a little short on cash lately and i'd like to try and find a free solution to it. So if anyone knows of any, please let me know. Thanks!

yes. i have the same problem. as far as i know there's nothing for scrollbars, but for progress animations you could always use flykite.
theres a program called stylexp, havent used it b4, but i think it changes progress bars and visual styles.

search forum: uxtheme patcher. Tiny, mighty, free. Then go hunting through the windows visual styles available on this forum in releases and the treasure trove at deviantart, etc.
Vanimator does the progress bars and other stuff, and the UxTheme Patcher will take care of everything else (it also does the progress bars).
