mac font convertor to pc

hello. I need to install some mac fonts which I have. However, I need to convert them to pc format. If anyone have the following fonts, please let me know:

1. Universe

2. Adobe Garamond

3. Baskerville

4. Bodoni

Yeah, that's pretty much your best bet. I converted a bunch of fonts I found on a Mac (had problems with extracting resource forks, though) with Cross Font. They work flawlessly on a Windows PC now.
