@travelfox: even if you got it refurbished, it would be like brand new as Apple always thoroughly inspect refurbished items before selling it. I know lots of people who have actually bought refurbished items from Apple, they're all happy with their purchases
Got a new First-Gen 17in MBP and a new First-Gen 13in MB. As much as I like the brand new MBP, this baby was critical all summer, so worth the downgrade.
Of course a new MB xD
