Cold theme to a visual style (.msstyles)

well i love this theme called Cold ( http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/39473757 ) but i want it on windows as a visual style (.msstyles)

so can somebody make this theme as visual style please? =D

i just downloaded cold, and its pretty cool. if youre gunna download the skin for objectbar, you gotta do some editing and get OBFont. i edited the drop down menus so now i have those cool hotkey combinations on the menu :P also, get this rly cool wallpaper:

also, i was wondering if there is a way to get "about this mac" into the drop down menu. any1 know? maybe even finder if any1 knows...
