Smooooooth Scroll Doesnt Work

So I use the Smooth Scroll extension for M. Firebird. Its great. But for some reason, it uses regular crappy scrolling just on this website.

I thought maybe it was because it was a Message Board, but it works fine on a bunch of other Invision Board sites, including AquaXP.

Any ideas?

well some css thing that added into invision board, but if I remove the string, scrollbars will be messed up for ie , and since ie is the majority browser here, sry
