[Help] Links Bar

I've removed the word address from the address bar but am having difficulty removing the word links from the links bar, anyone know where its located??

Also i changed my kazaa lite tray icon but does anyone know how to change the speedup tray icon, the kazaa icon is in kazaalite.kpp not the exe file, so that was easy but the problem is the tray icon for speedup is in the exe file which is compressed and once reshacked wont work, any ideas anyone??

its string 775 in Browselc.dll

but don't delete the first line, simply replace the text with an empty space so that it looks like this " "

spngbb, tried that " " once and also tried deleting the line before compiling but still displays links, thanks for the suggestion though, trailed though the browselc.dll and done the above to all references to links but no good..Though that was how i got rid of the word address from that library...Cheers anyhow

@osirisx: OK, here is the truth, go in regedit, surf 2 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar and edit "LinksFolderName" and type alt+0160. Then go to ur favorites/links folder and rename it to alt+0160 (alt+0160 is a invisibly type!). Restart and u have won ;)

I will try this for the Adress label. I will look in every string in that dll (Browselc.dll)? Or can you tell me which string(s) to fix?

Never mind, I will look in the registry. I forgot it was there.

Can't find it there either. Guess I'll do a forum search.

Remove the word "Address" from your IE toolbar:

1. Open windows\System32\Browselc.dll in ResHacker

2. Find String Table/807/1033/12902 = "A&ddress"

Fill it with a space (" ") (make sure you don't just delete the word, or the string will be removed!)

2. Press "Compile Script"

3. Go to "File" "Save" Then a dialogue that says "are you sure you want to save over blah blah blah" press "YES" Then close reshacker. When that windows thing pops up press cancel. No need to go into DOS or anything.

4. Restart IE !
