I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if there's an application that would only make the window, just the window transparent, not the title bar, etc.
And, for taskbar, the body but not the running programs.

Not exactly what I asked for. It's a good app though.
But it really messes up my IconX desktop.
I posted one called TransparentWindows under the name djwilliams or dj_williams not sure....I designed it to do just that. you can set the trans level for each window or all window. just search the forum.
yusuf, the closest you can get for the window is by using TrueTransparency for your Windows borders than any transparency program will adjust the internal window seperately.
