Custom shortcuts

hey everyone,

i was wondering is it possible to create my own custome keyboard shortcut.

if it is how can i do it?

You can right-click items in your Start Menu > All Programs. There's an option for keyboard shortcuts. Otherwise look for a nice hotkey program to your liking such as: Hoekey.
