have ctrl click simulate a right click

how can I make it so that I can control click on my windows and have it show the right click menu?

Found AppleMouse to be a pain when wanting to hold down CTRL and mouse click to be explicit in my slections. Now use XP MouseKeys (Control Panel/ accessibility) and it worls for me.
