Aqua scrollbar

I installed the msstyle of that aqua on the sticky thread, it works fine. However it looks a bit different than OSX one. (On the scrollbar in OSX, while scrolling, there are something on the bar moving, comparing to the one in msstyle won't move at all)

Is there anyway to make that move? ><
