I have stardocks Icon Packager and download various apple icons but how can I change the icons in the control panel and other system icons?
I like the screenshot from Spellbound, how did he did it??? And where can I found the icons? They so big!

Control Panel icons and system icons cannot be replaced through IconPackager or Microangelo...to replace those, you need to replace system dll's (dynamic link libraries) within windows\system32 folder....

About the size of the icons, there's nothing special about it. If you want them big, just go to the "Settings" tab in Icon Packager and change the size up to 72 pixels. You can make them even bigger (128x128, just like in OS X) by editing the registry. There's a site I can't remember right now which has the reg file ready to download. Cheers
