I think you should send a kind PM to a moderator about this.
"If you owe your own forum" you should know that posting in caps is bad attitude.
I am sorry about your misfortune, but please, please, PLEASE, do not always type in caps. It naturally comes off as rude.
As aforementioned, send a polite PM (using proper capitalization is also included in being polite 
) explaining the situation.

1) It's not necessarily an easy task to merge usernames. Forum software differs.

noo i didn't forget the password i would just like both these names as one because i prefer this one,i meen its not the end of the world if the admin chooses not to help me[because he is the only one who can enless there is a g mod]
