stand-alone Album Art software

I've been looking around for a while, but I couldn't find anything interesting...

Does anyone know a program to add album art to mp3 files, that is not also a library manager, media player, coffee machine, .NET, 200MB, and requires 4 cores ? ( and not iTunes :-p )

A command line utility would be enough for me: addart.exe [ ...]

I've been using Mp3-Tag for a while and I'm very happy with it, but afaik it cannot album art. Can you confirm the feature is in there ?

I've just found it :-) I had it all along, but the feature is somehow hidden: in a menu, there is an "Amazon" link, but nothing about cover arts ! but, that's it

When you press ALT-t you get the dialog that you can drop the cover art in.
