Aqua-Soft ForumsI am using Three Drives' mod of Kol's Panther 1.3 Visual Style and the text in the title bar seems to be a little screwed up. I am using Soulless' Lucida Mac fonts but the text seems to squished on some letters and fine on others. Take a look and see if you know what the problem is. Thanks

I have seen it. That is just a characteristic of the font (unsurprisingly).
That's LucidaMAC for you.....I don't know why everyone is raving on about this like mad. It looks plain ugly to me.
It is more antialiased than Lucida Grande, and on a side by side comparison to real panther is a closer match. In terms of size, shape and pixellation)
Ok, thanks for replying guys, now I know its not a problem on my end. 
perhaps all we need is a new and more accurate port of the font, that's all. anyone thinking of making one? cheers!

I have always been saying that, the font is just ugly like damn 
and LucidaMAC isn't closer to real mac, Lucida Grande is, as thats the font mac uses, in its titlebars
Is that the Lucida Grande that comes with binary's objectbar theme?
you guys should try that one. it's not accurate but it's sure smooth.

just make a font that looks kick ass, or steal the font files and just recode them for windows. that is as accurate as you can get.

I have the actual Lucidia Grande font from OSX, I converted to Windows truetype fonts (regular and bold) using CrossFont and they look damn good!! Don't have anywhere to post tho....
