Aac Encoder For Pc?

OK, like, Right now it's 11:49 AM and I just woke up like 5 mins ago :rant: . I promise to do the test ASAP! But I only have like 3 hours before I have to work, but then the rest of the night I think I'm free, unless my girlfreinds want me to hang out w/ them, In that case I will have it done tonight.

Then when I get it done, I'll rar them up (don't expect a high level of compression). The I will upload them to the link below, so check back every so often!

MMA: You can get Ogg files like that. Just make the Quality levels "5" instead of 7 or 8. it sounds better than a 128kbt MP3.

And remember, MP3 doesnt support 5 channel surround sound. So its got a big advantage for size there.

But then again, Windows 98 takes up a lot less space than XP.

Just use the official OGG encoder (which 99% of programs use)
