Yes, no need to rush. You should wait for SP1 for Vista or later and then upgrade, but you can still buy a new computer for windows XP
. That's probably what I'll do.
what I was trying to expand here is that. all the new features added in the winvista you can have it in winxp thru third party software. like the vista theme you can have it thru windowblinds. lol.
Yes I know, but still eventually you'll be forced to upgrade to Vista.
As time goes on all new things, like printers, scanners, digital cameras, computer games etc, will require you to have Windows Vista. Just as many things now require you to have WinXP. I don't imagine this will be common until after about a year or so after Vista is released, but it will be eventually.
I will stay with my XP since I got it only about 2 months ago with a new pc and always used win2000 before.
bleh paul thurrott can be confused at times...how does windows media player 11 look better on xp? i cant stand that interface...
i think ill stick with xp unless some program that only works with vista comes out...and its a must have.
