I love Windows Media Player 11. I love AveTunes. I don't like iTunes now that WMP 11 is released. Why can't they work together? Is a release on the horizon? Is there something I can do to help?

i just dont understand tho, one of my favorite features that i love about almost all players OTHER than itunes is the fact that when you search for somethign and start playing it, it goesinto a NOW PLAYIng type section or playlist or whatever automatically and then you can add to that list as you continue to search. i dont understand why iTunes can't do that.
People are so dependent on the iPod that they are scared to try anything other than iTunes.

I second the request for adding wmp11 support. There is nothing wrong with having options. Everyone has there favorite so why bash ppl for what they use?
Isn't WMP 11 actually, still in beta?
Keep the posts on topic. No one cares if you think WMP 11 is horrible or your love for WinAmp. This is about WMP 11 support in AveTunes.
I would very much like to see WMP11 support! I use it more these days than iTunes and I think when the switch to Vista comes, more people will use it too...
i too would like to see windows media player 11 support on the next avetunes release.it would be awesome,i used to be a big fan of iTunes,but recently i've become very annoy by it.hell,sometimes it doesn't even want to play some mp3's on my playlists.i hope the author of avetunes considers the possibility of releasing it for WMP 11 as well,after its final release,i understand during beta wouln't be too smart.

That was for WMP10.
WMP11 is a MASSIVE improvement. A lot of people use it and prefer it to iTunes. Even in BETA it uses much less system resources than iTunes.
I think that WMP support would make AveTunes PERFECT! It would cater for just about everyone! You know it's a good idea
donate? but what if he still doesn't feel that WMP 11 is "work the time". Avedesk is a great program, but i dont really have a use for it unless it can be used with my music....
