Dual taskbar - Single monitor

I am currently running two 22" CRT's with my taskbar vertically on the left screen. A registry hack hides the running tasks from this taskbar. Ultramon provides a taskbar for the running processes on the bottom of each screen.

I am setting up a computer at present for a friend and would like to create the same set-up with only one screen. I tried using UltraMon but unfortunately it will not let me create a 'smart' taskbar as there is only one monitor.

If anbody has some suggestions on how I can go about doing this I would REALLY appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure you could get objectbar from Stardock to something akin to this. I'd suggest you check that out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was however hoping to find a more lightweight solution. Objectbar is really overkill for what I want to achieve and I try to keep as much of my resources free as possible. I really just want something like UltraMon's 'smart taskbar'...
