force print on one page

hi i realise this isnt really a windows-only thread, but are there any programs that resize .htm documents to print onto one page?

i have a timetable that wants to print on 5 different pages, yet at the place i see it posted it is on 1 sheet of A4. i've tried landscapeing it and even resizing the font on word, it doesnt really help.

its basically a load of cells with text in them, can anyone help? Again, sorry if its in the wrong section.
