hey ive been using fly-a-kite for a while now on my desktop. and justdecided to instal it on my laptop. only trouble is there a boxes that look like incomplete windows orsumthin. you can clearly c them in the screenshot. they are only there wen the dock is there ive i get rid of it then it just disapears.
anybody know wot this culd be any help getting rid of them wuld be fantastic. its really tarnishing the fly-a-kite experience for me atm! 
it's y'z shadow. it loves to do that with java stuff. figure out what's running and add it to y'z exception list.
Are you using yz shadow or styler shadow?
cheers for the quick response. so wot do i need to do? find the program that the windows belong to then put them in the list? sorry for being a newb but ive never had a need to change things before its alway just worked.

yz shadow ive basically JUST installed flyakite osxon the laptop now
Then you need to do what shmengie said. Find the windows and add them to exclusion list in Y'z shadow.
I've had that problem before too. I somehow got rid of it by accident.
