When I load the wife's desktop she has 2 docks. One on the bottom and one on the right hand side of the screen.
On my desktop I have the dock also on the right side of the screen but not on the bottom. I onle have one, she has two.
Can someone help?

anyway, not sure about other docks but I know Y'z Dock (or it's other clone Aqua-Dock) can run multiple instances.
1) Make a separate folder for each dock (or duplicate your current dock folder and name it differently)
2) Run first Dock (from first folder), and set it's position to right.
3) Run second Dock (from second folder), and set it's position to left.
4) You can then set shortcuts for both the docks in Windows > Programs > Startup folder, so they both will run at logon.
... as long as it's not on a Mac :-P

Yep... unless it's Mac, in that case I'm not sure how to do that..... as long as it's not on a Mac :-P
You don't need to have two docks in two seperate folders. Just run the shortcut twice.
@Ertai88:Yes, you can do that... BUT... it won't be possible to have two different settings for both the docks, since both will access the Same .INI file for settings and Item list.
OK, I right-clicked on each dock and one is: rkLauncher and the other is: Objectdock. So, how do I only have one of them load and not the other? Also which one is better?

well i perfer rk launcher (it's the best dock by far - heehee) - fox!!
well if you want to remove object dock
open the settings & uncheck load objectdock on startup box
well if you want to remove rk launcher
open the settings under the behavior tab uncheck start with windows

ok so to have 2 RKLs running,
duplicate your rklauncher folder(copy paste) and rename them whatever u like,(i prefer right side dock and bottom dock...avoids confusion)
rename the folders and also rename RKLAUNCHER exe files,so that in the task manager youll see bottom dock and side dock(or whatever u wanna call them)
and then put them in startup.
u might wanna change the dock behaviour too,
i have "minimise to RK LAUNCHER" and "show new applications" enabled in bottom dock and disabled in side dock.

As you can see, I moved this thread to Community Applications. Normally I would have chosen a yet more specific subforum (we have specific subforums for most of the docks), but you didn't specify which dock you were using. I figured this was still a broad enough category.
