Windows XP supports icons upto 72x72 pixels max. Is there any tweak/software so that i can change the size of icons to 128x128 pixels (Not only in the desktop but as a whole) just as it appears in vista?

There is a way through the registry
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktopWindowMetrics
Look where it says "Icon Size" Modify this to 128
Yes bro i tried.. but it alters only the desktop icon size.. How to change the size of all icons?
that's very strange, the registry should turn all your icons to 128..
Atleat it did it for me
You can right click desktop > Properties..., go to Appearance, select Advanced, [and if you have WindowBlinds, click More Advanced Controls], then select Icon from the drop down list. You can give it any number you choose, but I've found that anything bigger than 48 is awful, because it gets pixelated. Yuck.

You changed the HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktopWindowMetricsIcon Size to 128 and only your desktop icons changed!?! I would really, really like to now how to do that.
ditto
is maybe Styler interfering with the sizing? Do you have it setting the size of your icons?
the startmenu icons are depends on visual style - most of the VS allows max 48x48 pixel (sorry my english is maybe not correct)
