Check working firefox bookmarks

i have a LOT of junk that i dont use in my bookmarks, however it is quite funny sometimes.

is there an extension that checks whether the bookmarks you have still work or generate an error404 message?

or is there another way to do that except manually?

i dont have any bookmarks in ie, i know how to transfer them but i'd like to avoid that step if possible
