Itunes keeps coming to front after being minimised

Has anyone had this problem? Like itunes is minimised to tray or task bar then out of nowhere brings itself up. Like i don't know whats causing this but it happens often like maybe once every 20 - 40 seconds i duno but yeah it happens. gets really annoying. you can't do anything :/
