One more question...
Since I'm putting this on my work computer and if I start to get complaints about that no one can figure out how to run OS X on an XP box (which would be a shame), how hard is it to change it back to the ugly XP? (Just trying to cover all bases)

Run the uninstaller again and it will prompt you to uninstall. Some people have reported having problems with uninstalling, but that's how one does it.
Not too sure, but also doing a system restore helps.
