Avedesk allows you to use whatever iconm you want.

How does that bubble look like? Can you post a screenshoot? Is the whole icon in the bubble?

..but, you can put the text in a bubble using Avedesk labels too! I think.. they look like bubbles to me.

Thats what I mean, you have the icon, and then the text under it, with the bubble enveloping the text.
IconX will do that? and IconX is virus-free? because I recently had a HUGE problem with a virus and have only just gotten my computer back to norm. 
I'd still recommend Avedesk. It can do a LOT more than just making desktop icons pretty.
