you can do a search for the many many many vista skins that exist and find the one that best suits your own needs since one's "best" will differ from another's.

that way, you can help yourself, and find your own links, instead of demanding others to do the work for you.

I just found that new blue Vista Plus skin. Works perfectly in wondow blinds 4. I shall be using it for a long time.
