Setting help - comes to front without taking focus on mouse overs

Hello all. I really like this app a lot. There is a setting for this I'm sure, but I am not able to figure it out.

I would like to set the dock such that it comes to the front on mouse overs but does not take focus. I find that I tend to throw the mouse to the right of the screen (where I want the dock) a lot while I am working on a document. I don't want to have to minimize a window in order to get to the dock but I also don't want it to take focus away from my document when I just happen to throw the mouse to the side.

There's plenty docks out there,each application has its own different way setting... which app r u using? RK Launcher?

Right click at Separator/Setting/ behavior/check box whichever way u would like it to run

here is a tweak for ya - this would make windows mouse behaving like mac, just put the mouse over and it will bring the windows forward

read it carefully, different registry for different OS, set the wait time accordingly
