Best icon designing software

Hey guys..

I want to know about 'your' best icon designing software ( which you use to make icons ) .. I have one of mine..but since im not that good at making icons..im sure you guys will have better softwares to offer..and yeah if your favourite software for making icon is free..please do share with me..i would like to try too..

I can google it but google will say every icon makin soft is good.. lol so i wanted some personal opinions ..
