converting this icons to ico or png?

The file is in dmg format and I dont know how to convert the icons or even extract them. Thank you!

Use DMG2ISO (google it) to extract the files contained in the .dmg file, and axialis iconworkshop to convert the .icns files to png or any other format you choose
