iMac 17". I'm planning on winning this thing but I want some comments from you guys first. Is this good? It says there the processor is Intel Core Duo, not Intel Core 2 Duo. Should I bid and win this?

i know it's always about the cash. but...
i think that'll go up in price a little more. and, you can get a brand new 17" for $999. i'd save up a little more and get a new all-the-bells-and-whistles one. by that time, you'll be able to get leopard.
So do you think it's best to pass this one up? I'm thinking of getting either a Macbook 13" or the iMac. Any suggestions?
If you can get it for 800 or less, go for it. Anything more than 900 is not worth it anymore.
