Not able to switch among window in Excel with RK Launcher open

Only my first post here and I am already griping.

I am using 0.41 build 275.

When I have more than one Excel workbook open, I cannot switch between them. Using either Alt+Tab or the task bar regardless of the workbook I select it will not change. I can switch to different apps and even among different windows of the same app (i.e. different word docs). This is consistent across Excel 03 as well as Excel 07 beta and on both my work and home computers. The problem completely goes away once I close RK Launcher. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, I turned off "Minimized window icon" and the problem went away.

I'm having the same bug under Win 2000 and Excel 2002 SP3 but turning off the "Minimized window icon" doesn't help. Any idea ?

OK, I am back and so is this problem. It looks like Jubee is experiencing the same thing. I thought that changing the settings as indicated in a previous post cleared things up, but that was not actually the case. In fact I am having the problem under both Excel 2007 and Excel 2003.

Any thoughts on the source of the problem and possible solutions?

Once I close RK Launcher the problem goes away. I also noted that if I R-click on the other Excel windoe then I can bring it to the front, otherwise regular old left-clicking will not bring the window forward.
