the concept it's not new at all....i've seen some like this, but this one have my personal touch...my technique...so...it's "mine" concept.

not 'zactly. first, the colors are not washed-out like the orig. i like the washed-out. second, i mean have the flag take up the whole 1280x1024 space. you know, bigger it. if my ps skills were better...
