How to create close-min-max buttons?

Hi all !

I am stuck at creating the aqua style close, minimize & maximize buttons,

so can anyone please help me out in here ??

Can anyone give me any link to a tutorial about it or help me right here ?

A .psd file of it will also be okay although i'll like to learn it.
