Changing motorola v3 razor front face plate

How do I remove the original one, and replace it with some other? It looks like the original face plate is not removable.

well there should be a way to open up.. i mean even in nokia n70,n90 they look like it cant be changed..but you can change.. so why dont you ask the seller to change it for you?
