I'm thinking about getting a sleeve for my MacBook to carry in my backpack for school. I'm looking at the Incase Neoprene Sleeve from the Apple Store, or the STM Glove. Does anyone own these and can tell me your experience, or can recommend me some others?

I just got myself an STM small alley for my macbook, very comfortable bag, top quality and stylish too (heck, don't get me wrong, I ain't doing any ads for them) 
AFAIK they're very good at making bags for Apple laptop and they should be available at Apple Store
I would recommend getting one with either a hard case or plenty of dense foam padding. I dropped my 17" PowerBook at the airport and it landed hard on the corner. If it hadn't been in my MacCase... it would have been ruined.
Well I ended up going with the STM Glove and I got it today! It's great! Fits perfectly with the MacBook as advertised, and the flap that covers the zipper does a great job from keeping it from making contact with the MacBook. However, there's a mini hanger thing in the back corner of the sleeve which is sewn in from the inside of the sleeve, and the ends of the handles are melted to prevent the fabric from coming apart. The melted fabric is pretty hard and seems like it could potentially scratch the MacBook, but you could probably trim it down or cover it up without too much effort.
It's a nice sleeve, I recommend it.
