For those who've always wanted to see what's playing in WMP without having to open the window I present to you Marquee! This small application will sit quietly on your desktop and display the album art of the currently playing song and song information.
What's more, you can control them both directly from Marquee so there's no more need to pause what you're doing to open the media player. Just left-click the album cover and you'll be able to play/pause, stop and skip forward and back through the playlist. Or now, use the remote for even more hassle-free listening enjoyment. If this was not enough, you can even drag-and-drop your media files directly on to the album cover and it'll update your playlist!
In addition, Marquee is also skinnable so it will fit in with any theme you have. Included is a default theme to get you started. I have several more that I need to get permission to release first (Cerebro, Inspirat SE, Somatic, etc...). In the near future I was also be releasing a Theme Developer application so creating your own themes will be be a snap.

--NOTE: This application looks for the jpeg image found within the folder where the song file is located. If it does not find one and you are connected to the internet, it will search Amazon.com for it. Unfortunately, at the moment, it does not save the file.
Download at DeviantArt and please enjoy.
