I have seen a news scroller type thing in screenshots recently that sits under the start bar. I am guessing it scrolls RSS feeds. Does anyone know if this is avedesk, another prog?

That's my RSS application NetGazette. Still working out the kinks but you can get an early version without the RSS ticker from my DeviantArt page.

Yes that is a windows program, but your looks 10x better, hope you release it soon! 
Yeah, that does look nice & can be moded in AveScripter fairly easily.
