How to get the context menu w/just right click: Help wanted!

Could somebody tell me if is possible o get the context menu wherever the pointer is hovering WITHOUT holding the control key (or eventually other key).

I'm new in a MAC and I have a Mighty Mouse, wireless with, let say, 4 buttons:

Thanks a lot in advance.

Under Mouse in System Preferences I think you can change what each button does.

No! Thanks anyway for the "in depth" help. So, I have to add to my request that I have tried everything with the mouse configuration in system preferences. I already have set the rigth button as " SECONDARY BUTTON", but in Macs you still have to press simultaneouslly the right click+control key. And my question goes again: Is it a hidden setting or 3rd party program to get this done: Context menu just right clicking without hitting control key?

Don't be a jerk. You don't need more in depth help. That's all you have to do is set the setting. If it's not working, something is wrong with your mouse or your computer. I can verify it works as I've done it myself. And remember, no one HAS to help you, you're not paying for support.

Never mind.

I got it working.

I hope it keeps working fine from now on.
