i used the config that came as a pack by judge and used the networking one. there is no way for me to config the pdhmeter for net in or net out. whenever i select performance object ".NET CLR NETWORKING" there are no instances of them and therefor it doesnt allow me to select "OK". the object used to read -0, but after i tinkered with it and tried everything i thought of, it now just reads 0. i remember this used to work a long time ago when i had it, but now it doesnt... please someone help me
Networking
If it's what I think you're trying...
You need to choose a physical network interface which is in the 'Performance Object' list under "Network Interfaces" not the .NET CLR (...) which you were trying.
Selecting that should show a list of network adapters in your machine and you should be all set.
HTH
omgwtfbbg the list goes directly from memory to objects and theres no network interfaces
i even redowned the config and redownd sysstats
it's just not working.... *bust into tears*
any suggestions?
Whoa! That list is unusual for the network objects to be missing entirely. I have no real clue what could cause that!
I assume you have a full-time working network connection?
If you only have dial-up, you may need to make the connection before you can see it in the list - I know my dial up connections are not there in the 'Network Interfaces' list unless they're actually active. Or, maybe select from the 'RAS Port' entry? I haven't tried it (because I only just saw it).
yes i assure you that i have active internet connection 24/7. i've tried the "RAS Port", but it doesn't display anything except 0.
the thing is idk what happnd because it used to work perfectly and i loved it so much... i guess now i'll just be missing it
How long ago did it 'used to work'? What have you done in between that could possibly relate to this?
I would go to the MS Support site because this is not normal. Just checked on a Win2k machine as well as XP and they both have it.
Maybe update/reinstall your network drivers?
I'm out of ideas, sorry.
I had the same problem, that appeared after installing Bluesoleil drivers.
Now it's resolved, thanks, judge!
It should be added into faq ![]()
