Title edited to be more descriptive. Susumu uses the same font, which is why I made that the title (a LOT more people will know the answer without even seeing the pic).

What is this? MS Comic Sans but wider? Totaly unreadable. Grab DejaVu Sans Unicode instead.

That doesn't look like Aquafont . . Aquafont is not that wide.
. . . And he's using a Mac, which automatically makes whichever font that is, ultra-smooth so you're probably not going to get a font that looks close to that. Aaaaaaand plus Hei isn't freeware, so don't post a public link.
