Some apps don't minimize to RK Launcher

hi,

i am using rklauncher with the flyakiteOSX and the minimize option is kind of weird, only some of my applications when minimized will go into rklauncher, while some others minimize into my windows taskbar.. what is wrong here? thanks.

edit: o sorry, new to the forums here, did not realize that there is a rklauncher forum under community apps. if a mod could move this thread, that'll be great. thanks
