Help with RK Launcher

Hey, just installed the app and i gotta say, top job rudakin (sorry if thats the wrong name XD)

Anyways, i wanted to know 2 things.

1) Where can i get some docklets from?

2) Can i have the rklauncher showing my open programs, like on the objectdock dock?
