I was wondering - if installing and using FlyakiteOSX is OK according to MS Windows licences and all that stuff?
... and no - I'm not a party booper .. I was using FlyakiteOSX on my home comp, but now I'm wondering if I can run it on my desktop at my office - I wouldnt want the company be in trouble because I've illegaly modified MS software.
so ... how is it?

Well... there will be no conflict on the computer more than on a personal computer at home... But you probably want to contact the administrator at you workplace, since you must have adminstrator-rights on the system you want to use Flyakite on
Somethings to take notice of is problably virusscanners and so on...
i think what he's asking is: is installing a hacked uxtheme.dll illegal? i think that it probably is. although it's near impossible for me to imagine ms ever going after anyone for it. espcially with vista (supposedly) just around the corner.

i would suggest u not to, and if u do so... making sure u back up all those important documents u have at work plus i don't think those PC at work be albe to handle Flyakite anyway, u need a faster machine u should know that.
i'm not saying yours but commonly everyone knows that...including mine at work.
Another thing pleas read Flyakite License Agreement before u install.
