Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter has passed away
Oh damn...
He was a great guy and passionate about his work and protecting the wildlife... It's a great loss for both his family and the wildlife he was trying to protect ![]()
Rest in peace Steve ![]()
I used to watch his shows all the time. Rest in peace, Steve. ![]()
I was just watching the ticker on BBC world. Was quite surprised. R.I.P.
He left a wife and two children. He had alot of fun, while also protecting the environment for the better. It's very sad to say he died.
R.I.P. Steve Irwin.

I can't say I ever watched his shows much, but everything I've seen and heard about him portrayed him as a guy who was truly passionate about his work and what he did. He will be missed, most of all by the family he leaves behind.
I was on my way back home from school, heard the bad news on radio
It's really big lost to Australia, considering all the work he has done to protect our wild life here down under...
RIP Steve
da*n..that's sad ![]()
Yeh i just read about this before viewing this thread. I feel quite sad for his family, you could tell he was really a genuine person.
I was watching him yesterday on Crocodile Hunter Diaries, but didn't expect this ![]()

heard about this on MSN when I woke up. he died doing what he loves, thats the best way to go out
Sad news indeed.
Damn... Our national TV made a special about him just a few months ago, and I have to say, I'm shocked about these news.
Rest in peace Steve.
I watched his shows. So.. sad :-(
my brother recently met him, i wished to very much so.
I go to the Australian International School in Singapore, and we are all moruning his death. Steve irwin was in contact with our school a few times, and it is such a shame to hear of his death over here in singapore.
A true australian icon (even though I am a new zealander) not to be forgotten.
My feelings go out to his wife and children
A passionate, good man. The world and its wildlife have suffered a great loss.

The world and I will miss him very much......RIP Steve
I found out on my way to class at 1pm and couldn't believe my ears. Then I got back and a friend popped a link to the story. I watched his shows religiously when I was 12, and he was an amazing guy. R.I.P. Steve.
